Linkwise Pro unlocks the full experience: unlimited saving and far more room to actually use your library with AI.
There are three ways to experience Linkwise:
- PRO Trial : A time‑limited taste of Pro, with unlimited saving and a larger monthly AI allowance.
- PRO : The complete Linkwise, with the highest AI limits and no caps on what you save.
- Free : A permanent, no‑cost plan with generous limits to get started.
Linkwise is currently available on iPhone and iPad. Your library and subscription sync across your devices through your Linkwise account.

Every plan gets the full feature set, the difference is how much room you have to save and how much AI you can use each month.
What each plan includes
Free
The Free plan is a complete reading and saving tool, not a crippled demo. You can:- Save up to 5 collections with up to 10 links each.
- Read in a clean reader, highlight, and annotate.
- Subscribe to up to 3 RSS feeds.
- Get 100 AI credits each month.
- Ask AI and generate AI Insights within your monthly credit allowance
When you hit a limit, Linkwise doesn't delete anything - it simply asks you to start a trial ( if you haven't opted for it ) or upgrade to keep going.
PRO Trial
The trial is the fastest way to feel what Pro is like. For the length of the trial you get:- Unlimited collections and links : save without thinking about caps.
- 1,000 AI credits for the trial period.
- Full access to every feature, including Creator Mode.
The trial is a one‑time window per account. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan (your saved content stays - see What happens after my trial?).
PRO
Pro is Linkwise with the brakes off:- Unlimited collections and links
- 3,000 AI credits every month, refreshed automatically according to your billing cycle.
- Unlimited RSS feed subscriptions.
- Up to 10 Youtube video transcript generations per month and full Creator Mode capabilities.
- Priority on new features as they roll out.
Pro is $7.99 / month, with an annual plan available at a discount. Exact annual pricing is shown on the in‑app paywall and may be adjusted for your region.
Understanding credits
Linkwise uses two kinds of credits so that heavy AI use and heavy saving are measured separately. Both refresh on a monthly cycle for Free and Pro.
AI chat credits
These power everything where Linkwise thinks or speaks for you:
- Library Chat and per‑article, per‑collection, and highlight‑anchored chat
- Automatic AI Insights for your saved links
- Creator Mode Quiz and Report generation
- AI Voice Reading (text‑to‑speech)
Longer conversations and longer documents use more credits, short questions use very few. Replaying voice audio you've already generated is free ( with the time cap, for 48 hours ) - Linkwise caches it, so re‑listening does not costs credits.
AI indexing (embedding) credits
Every link you save is quietly indexed so that Library Chat and Creator Mode can search across it. That indexing is what indexing credits pay for. In practice this governs how much new content you can make AI‑searchable each month. For now embedding credits has no cap.When credits reset
Free and Pro credits reset each month on your billing cycle. Trial credits are a single allowance for the trial period and don't reset. If you run out before your reset date, you can upgrade at any time for a larger allowance that takes effect immediately.Does youtube video transcript generation cost credits ?
Yes, As mentioned earlier for Trial you can generate single video transcript and for PRO : 10/month, But it also bears a credit cost so each generation cost you 10 AI credits.Your Free Trial
- The trial runs for 7 days and gives you Pro‑level saving with a 1,000 chat credit allowance.
- It's one trial per account. Deleting and re‑creating an account won't reset the trial.
- You can upgrade to Pro at any point during the trial - you keep any remaining time and immediately move up to the full Pro allowance.
What happens after my trial?
Nothing you saved is lost. Your account moves to the Free plan, and:
- All your collections, links, highlights, and notes remain and stay readable.
- If you saved more than the Free limits allow (more than 5 collections or 10 links in a collection), that content stays visible and readable - you just won't be able to add new items beyond the Free limits until you upgrade.
- AI features keep working within the Free monthly credit allowance.
Upgrading to Pro later instantly restores unlimited saving and the full AI allowance.
Upgrading to Pro
You can upgrade from anywhere you see the Go Pro or paywall prompt in the app - for example, when you reach a Free limit, or from Settings.
- Open the paywall and choose Monthly or Annual.
- Confirm the purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password.
- Pro unlocks immediately across all your devices signed into the same Linkwise account.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple Account - Linkwise never sees your card details. The annual plan bills once a year at a lower effective monthly rate than paying monthly.
Managing your subscription
Restoring a purchase
Already subscribed but Pro isn't showing on a device? Open Settings → Paywall View → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase, Pro will be restored.Changing or cancelling plan
Your Linkwise subscription is managed through your Apple Account.- Open the Settings.
- Tap on Subscription.
- Select Manage subscription.
If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan.
