By using Linkwise, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and code associated with Linkwise are the intellectual property of Linkwise and its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the links, collections & conversations you save. By using the service, you grant Linkwise a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.
Links saved through Linkwise may point to third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of or responsibility for any content hosted on external sites.
LinkWise.app includes an AI-powered chat feature that allows you to interact with your saved links and collections. Please note:
Linkwise offers in-app purchases available exclusively through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed via Apple Pay, and subscription management is handled through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription infrastructure provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions as well as RevenueCat's terms of service.
All payments are processed securely by Apple. Linkwise does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or any financial data. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase receipts and subscription status data from Apple solely to manage entitlements and access within the app.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Linkwise does not have the ability to issue refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
We reserve the right to change in-app purchase pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected in the App Store listing and communicated within the app where applicable. Continued use of a paid feature after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Linkwise is not responsible for failed, declined, or unauthorized transactions. Please contact Apple Support for assistance with any payment issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkwise and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 — whichever is lesser.
Linkwise may allow you to save links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Accessing external links is done at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the service interface or other available means.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users in India, these Terms are additionally subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated rules and amendments.
For users in the EU, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Linkwise at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
