Welcome to Linkwise. By downloading, installing, or using Linkwise - including the iOS and iPadOS applications, the Linkwise Chrome extension, and the linkwise.app website (together, the "Service") - you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using Linkwise. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkwise. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Linkwise is a link-saving and organization tool. It lets you save links, organize them into collections, highlight and annotate content, subscribe to feeds, and interact with your saved material through AI-assisted features.
You need an account to use Linkwise. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
One account is one identity across every platform. The same account used on iOS, iPadOS, and the Chrome extension carries the same data and the same subscription entitlement.
You retain all rights to the links, collections, highlights, notes, and other content you save ("Your Content"). You grant Linkwise a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
We do not sell, rent, or share Your Content with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Linkwise includes AI-assisted features such as summaries, insights, and chat over your saved content. These features are powered by third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Linkwise Pro is available through two purchase channels:
Linkwise Pro is a single entitlement that applies across every platform, regardless of where you purchased it. A subscription bought on the web unlocks Pro in the iOS and iPadOS apps, and a subscription bought through the App Store unlocks Pro in the Chrome extension, provided you are signed in to the same Linkwise account.
Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Payments made on the web are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Linkwise does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or financial data on either channel. Card data is handled entirely by Apple or Paddle under their own terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Where to cancel depends on where you purchased:
| Purchased via | Cancel at | Deadline |
|---|---|---|
| Apple App Store | iOS Settings β your name β Subscriptions | At least 24 hours before renewal |
| Web / Chrome extension | The billing portal at linkwise.app/billing | At least 24 hours before renewal |
Cancelling in one place does not cancel a subscription purchased in the other. If you hold subscriptions through both channels, you must cancel each separately. If you believe you are being billed twice, contact [email protected] and we will help you identify and cancel the duplicate.
On cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. It does not renew after that.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Linkwise cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases; all requests must go to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchases made on the web are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, contact [email protected] or Paddle directly. Refund requests for web purchases must be made within 14 days of the original transaction.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, and UK consumers). If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the transaction, without giving a reason.
By purchasing and gaining immediate access to Linkwise Pro, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Where that consent was not obtained, the 14-day right applies in full.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
We may change subscription pricing at any time.
Prices vary by country. The price shown to you at checkout in your local currency is the price you pay.
If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge over a short recovery period and may notify you to update your payment method.
If payment ultimately fails or your subscription lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan and Free plan limits are re-applied. This has concrete effects: collections and links above the Free plan allowance become locked - they are not deleted, and remain visible and exportable, but you will not be able to add to a locked collection until you either reduce your usage below the Free limits or resubscribe. AI credit allowances revert to the Free allowance.
We do not delete Your Content because a payment failed.
Linkwise is not responsible for failed, declined, or unauthorized transactions processed by Apple or Paddle.
Prices for web purchases are shown inclusive of VAT, GST, or sales tax where applicable to your location. As Merchant of Record, Paddle determines, collects, and remits these taxes and issues you a compliant invoice.
For App Store purchases, Apple handles tax collection and remittance.
For purchases made in the Linkwise iOS and iPadOS apps, Apple is the seller.
For purchases made on the web or initiated from the Chrome extension, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record and seller of record, acting on behalf of Linkwise.
Google is not the seller of Linkwise Pro. Distribution of the Linkwise extension through the Chrome Web Store does not make Google a party to any transaction.
The Linkwise Chrome extension is part of the Service and is covered by these Terms.
Your use of the extension is additionally subject to the Google Chrome Web Store Terms of Service and Google's applicable policies. Where those terms govern the distribution of the extension, they apply alongside these Terms.
The extension requires permissions in order to function; what it accesses and why is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use the extension to inject advertising, modify page content for monetization, redirect your browsing, or collect data unrelated to its stated purpose.
You may uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription - see Section 7.3.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel it through the channel in Section 7.3 first.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved links will remain permanently accessible - linked content is hosted by third parties and may change or disappear.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkwise's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Linkwise in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that may not be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable protections:
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkwise regarding the Service.
If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms of Service, please contact us at:
For billing questions about a web purchase, you may also contact Paddle directly as Merchant of Record.
